About the year
The 2014 vintage in Champagne was warm and dry, producing ripe fruit and good concentration. This wine has aged well and shows the complexity that comes with time in the bottle.
Grape characteristics
Chardonnay from the Côte des Blancs gives Champagne its elegance and finesse. These wines are known for their citrus and stone fruit notes, with a natural freshness and ability to age gracefully.
About the region
The Côte des Blancs is a south-facing slope where Chardonnay thrives in chalky soil. This terroir produces some of Champagne's most refined and mineral-driven sparkling wines.
Tasting profile
Expect crisp green apple and lemon with hints of brioche and toasted hazelnut. The wine is dry and refined, with good depth and a long, clean finish.
