- A pairing is one guest who finishes the flow and gets their picks. Scanning the code is free, browsing is free, and your guests are never charged anything.

- The base covers your first 100 pairings each month, then 25¢ each. Your list, the codes, the table tents, the staff sheets and the weekly report come with it.
- The cap
- However busy the month, the bill stops at $99 on Standard and $79 for founding partners. Your dashboard shows the running count and the estimated bill all month.
Guests are never charged, and scans are never charged. No card before February 1, 2027, no contract. If you stop, the code goes back to being paper.

Why not just let guests use ChatGPT?
It doesn't know your list. It will recommend bottles you don't carry, it will tell your guest what the bottle costs at retail, and you never hear that the conversation happened. Sommate only picks from what you pour, never quotes a retail price, and reports back to you every week.
Do my guests need an app?
No. The code opens in the phone's browser and the pairing takes about thirty seconds. There's a free app for guests who want their picks saved and their taste remembered next time, but it's optional and nobody is asked to install it before they get a pairing.

What happens if I stop?
